What is the problem with the fingerprint sensor on the Galaxy S23?

Some users have reported that when they wake up their phone by pressing the power button or double tapping the screen, the fingerprint sensor does not appear.

Even when users try to place their finger where the fingerprint icon is supposed to be, the screen does not unlock.

Once they lift their finger, the fingerprint icon finally appears on the screen, and users can then place their finger on the screen to unlock the device.
